Dover Flour operates four flour mills, located in: Cambridge, Ontario; Acton, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Montreal, Quebec and Halifax, Nova Scotia (the Halifax facility also operates a bakery mix plant). These mills supply the bakery, biscuit and foodservice industries across Canada and the U.S. as well as many offshore markets which include the Middle East, Asia, Iceland, Bermuda and parts of the Caribbean with a full range of flour products and bakery mixes. Our mills also package flour under a variety of private labels for the Canadian and US consumer markets.
