The Halifax mill includes a complete mix facility in addition
to milling a wide range of flour products. From the Halifax
mill, Dover Flour supplies grocery, industrial and food service
markets in Atlantic Canada, Quebec and the Eastern United States
as well as international markets such as the Middle East, Iceland,
Bermuda and parts of the Caribbean.
Testing facilities ensure quality and allow Halifax to meet the
needs of local and international customers. Dover Flour also houses
a product development lab for work on developing new bakery mixes
and private label products. We are ISO 9001:2000 registered and
Certified by the American Institute of Baking, so you can be assured
of the quality you get from Dover flour.
