Our mill in the community of Halton Hills has been in operation
since the early 1800’s with extensive growth and upgrades
to make it what it is today a modern ecologically aware Flour
Mill. The Halton Division is a manufacturer of bulk hard
and soft wheat flour; offering bulk delivery service to the
bakery and food service market throughout Ontario and Quebec.
The employees and Company have built the business by working hard to produce Quality Products and backing them up with Dependable Service, all at competitive prices. In addition to milling traditional wheat flour, we are also certified to custom mill Organic Wheat.
Our quality control laboratory monitors all flour milled on a continual basis to assure consistent quality and food safety. The laboratory is also utilized to help our customers develop and custom blend flour to suit their specific needs.
