The Saskatoon mill is strategically located in the heart of
the Canadian Prairie wheat growing area where we have strong,
direct relationships with premium grain producers giving us
choice of the finest wheat for our high quality traditional
flour.
Our flour is milled primarily from Canadian Western Spring
wheat, known for its consistent high quality and superior baking
characteristics. We also mill a line of certified organic flour
to meet your needs.
The Saskatoon mill supplies retail, industrial and food service
markets throughout Western Canada, the US and some international
markets. Our internal quality lab ensures quality on every shipment
and we are American Institute of Baking certified assuring you
of our commitment to quality.
